Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries from German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns promptly.
• Provide information on products, services, and policies in a clear and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve complex inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry trends to provide informative assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
