Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring players feel valued and understood.
• Document player interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in support processes.
• Stay updated on game features, community trends, and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the support experience for all players.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the online gaming industry.
• A strong passion for gaming and a good understanding of online gaming environments.
• Exceptional written communication skills to provide clear and effective responses.
• Problem-solving abilities to assist players promptly and efficiently.
