Summary

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at Gainwell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commitment to delivering better health and human services outcomes through innovative solutions. Working within our dynamic Customer Experience (CX) team, you will contribute to our Design, Develop, and Implement (DDI) projects by optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Your role in our mission

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation and mapping for DDI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvement solutions.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis efforts to address issues and challenges within DDIs.
  • Implement Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles to ensure processes and technology are designed for optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor project performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Lean Six Sigma principles and practices, providing training and support to team members.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required, preferably in a healthcare or STEM field.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in process documentation, mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote position- USA/Puerto Rico
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required for this role
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
