Position: Client Mining Superintendent - Underground
Work Location: Carosue Dam
Roster: 4 days on 3 days off

Expertise & Accomplishments:
The candidate must possess a current WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency and a valid WA C-Class Driver's License. Proven expertise in underground development and production within a mechanised hard-rock mining environment. Skilled in supervising mining operations teams and backed by extensive knowledge of contractor management.

Success in this role will be a high performing individual who proactively engage in safety processes and adherence to required controls. Actively monitors and promotes the STARR Core Values to facilitate continuous improvement, high quality work and the management of cost in line with business strategies. The team will develop a high level of skill, integrity and ownership developed through your active coaching, engagement and standard setting behaviour.
