WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Align business requirements with customers and create product roadmaps in coordination with various stakeholders regarding scope and timelines.

  • Act as the voice of the customer/business owner within the different data product teams.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and present achieved milestones.

  • Resolve customer challenges, identify needs and opportunities, and guide our customers toward the best possible solution.

  • Advise our customers on the development of features within your project/responsibility area.

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore and validate data product initiatives.

Team & Delivery Leadership

  • You will steer a cross-functional development team consisting of different data roles (i.e., data engineers, data scientists, data analysts).

  • Collaborate with internal product owners and external stakeholders (e.g., product managers, release train engineers, management) to prepare the PI.

  • Take on a functional leadership role within the Product Owner Unit.

  • Be responsible for budget, capacity, and resource planning within your projects.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Must-haves:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and functional team leadership.

  • Proven product management expertise including backlog management and business requirement definition.

  • Hands-on experience steering teams in the Scrum framework.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders.

  • Budget management and consulting experience.

  • Fluent in German and English (C2 level minimum).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Initial experience with SAFe.

  • Software development background.
