As an Azure Cloud Architect, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our cloud-based solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architectures, DevOps practices, security, scalability, and automation. You interact with development, security, and infrastructure teams to build robust, high-performing, and cost-efficient cloud environments. You work together in close collaboration with our Platform Architects and our Platform Operations team, which oversees our cloud infrastructure. 

You are responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high availability cloud solutions.
  • Defining best practices for security, compliance, operations, and reliability.
  • Building infrastructure as code and automation.
  • Optimizing cloud workloads for cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Training and mentoring junior engineers on cloud practices and operations.
