MCR Health is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Our behavioral health clinics operate at a fast pace and our population is varied, reflecting a wide range of diagnoses, including substance abuse disorders.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Provide counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to our patients in an office based setting in Arcadia. (Option for hybrid work)
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services on-site, as required.
  • Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan.

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Licensed (in good standing) as a Clinical Social Worker in Florida.
  • Familiarity with and sensitivity to multi-cultural groups as related to family customs and child rearing practices (preferably Hispanic culture).
  • Knowledge of working with substance abuse disorders a plus.
  • Excellent listening/ interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and a high level of comfort working with an Electronic Health Record platform.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

We are offering a sign-on Retention Bonus of $5,000.

  • 6 months from the date of the hire, $1000
  • 12 months from the date of the hire, $1000
  • 18 months from the date of the hire, $1000
  • 24 months from the date of hire, $2000
