AmeriLux Transportation, LLC is looking for CDL Drivers to match our tremendous Customer Growth!!! Are you a road-warrior looking to stay out on the road racking up the miles? Do you enjoy seeing new things and visiting with new customers every day? Our OTR role is operating throughout the Midwest running freight with a length of haul 350+ miles, with possible opportunities to expand even farther. In this role, drivers would be out 3-5 nights a week and allowed to get home for a 34-hour reset at home, the best of both worlds!

• Steady, consistent & predictable customer base
• Consistent customer freight, very few brokered loads
• Personal Communication – no dispatch hold music
• Late model tractors, age of fleet <36>
• 2,500 – 3,500 miles per week
• 99.9% No Touch freight
• A family-owned business that is committed to doing right by our drivers
• Home every other weekend
• Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience- including some flatbed work, 3 years work history
• Safe Driving Record
• Must have a DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre-employment, and random checks.
• Ability to work well with other team members.
• Ability to commit to continuous safety improvement.
• Operate according to all state and federal laws.
• Be willing and able to maneuver onto trailers and secure freight- including use of tarps, straps or other required equipment
