YMCA Outside School Hours Care provides fun, stimulating and safe care for primary and secondary school children before and after school. At OSHC, children have the opportunity to participate in cooking, sport, music, art, dance and so much more.
We are currently recruiting for OSHC Educators on a casual basis to join our YMCA Hilliard Outside School Hours Care service.
About the service
YMCA Hilliard Outside School Hours Care is located in Alexandra Hills at the premise of Hilliard State School and is licensed for up to 90 children.
The service has a large exclusive playground and outdoor space, inspiring the educators to provide creative programs and activities to nourish the students with curiosity for social, emotional and intellectual development.
Programs and activities are aligned with the YMCA Mission – to provide opportunities for children to grow in body, mind and spirit - underpinned by our values of Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility. We blend this philosophy with the National Quality Framework ‘My Time Our Place’ and Victoria Point State School’s educational principles to develop appropriate, engaging and most of all FUN activities for your child whilst in our care.
