Sequoia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a technical background to join a dynamic team to help support the R&D and prototype-development of tactical SIGINT Systems for an Army Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. As a SIGINT Systems Engineer, you will be assisting with research into mature technology, prototype development and testing, and integration of new technology into a prototype tactical SIGINT system. You will also provide technical expertise for the development and incorporation of new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. You will guide system development and participate in Research, Test, Development and Evaluation of SIGINT systems. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverable products associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Requirements

Current TS/SCI with an active CI polygraph is required.

This position may require may require travel to support world wide missions and operational surges

Experience Requirements:

• Journeyman Engineer: 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. 6 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Senior Engineer: 10 years+ of experience and a MA/MS degree. 12 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree

• Security+ Certification or higher

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline preferred; 5 years of additional Systems Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Ability to coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test readiness reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.

The Ideal candidate would have SIGINT experience including knowledge of

• Tactical SIGINT collection systems
• OPELINT collection systems
• RF Antenna application
• RF associated technology and applications, to include RF conditioning and distribution
• Development of performance parameters, constraints
• Linux OS
