Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• manage the administrative tasks related to the portfolios of our clients with autonomy
• know the different needs of the customers, prepare meetings and support the client advisor in post-processing
• be an integral part of the team and will have the opportunity to interact in the daily activities of the team

Your team

You’ll be working in our Corporate and Institutional Clients team. We’re responsible for complex business clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in German and proficient in English
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
