What you'll be doing

Au sein d'une équipe bienveillante dans notre département RH, vous assisterez notre Responsable de la Communication vous serez en charge de soutenir la Responsable Communication dans toutes ses tâches quotidiennes. Cela inclut la préparation de supports de communication, la coordination avec les différentes équipes internes et externes, et la gestion des projets de communication en cours.

Gestion et organisation d’un grand événement annuel interne : Kick Off NTT France 2025 : 

Vous participerez activement à la planification et à l’organisation de cet événement majeur. Vos responsabilités comprendront :

• La coordination logistique

• La gestion des invitations

• La gestion des partenaires business invités

• La préparation des présentations

• La préparation des supports de communication

• L’assistance sur place lors de l’événement

​Participation aux communications et animations internes de l’entreprise : 

Vous contribuerez à la création et à la diffusion de contenus pour les communications internes. Cela peut inclure la rédaction de newsletters, la gestion des réseaux sociaux internes, l'organisation d'activités et d'animations pour les salariés, et la participation à des projets visant à améliorer la communication interne au sein de l'entreprise.

Profil:

• Vous êtes en recherche d'un stage de 6 mois en fin de cursus scolaire BAC+3 à minima

• Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique et savez faire preuve de créativité

• La connaissance et la maitrise de CANVA et de la suite Office de Microsoft (Powerpoint) ainsi qu'un interêt pour l'IA générative serait fortement appréciée

• Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur dans votre travail.

• Vous êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel, d'une bonne élocution et d’une bonne aisance téléphonique.

• La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus.
