Job Title

Project Engineer - IBMS

This role will be on Contractual role

A.   PRIMARY Purpose (Why does this job exists)

To meet the on-time Project execution requirement including customer satisfaction.

B.   primary DUTIES:

He will be responsible for day-to-day site activities for IBMS project. He will attend day to day site meeting along with PMC and customer. He will be responsible for sharing daily & weekly reports to customer on work progress and highlighting of dependency. He will be responsible for getting work executed through awarded subcon as per approved engineering drawing or we can say as per shop drawing. He will be responsible for highlighting any support required from management at site in advance to avoid any escalation for Material and subcon manpower. He will be responsible for taking signoff on MIR, Measurement & Installation report on timely basis for billing to customer as per billing payment terms. Timely AR collection Attaining Appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction Should have good knowledge on IBMS domain to handle site. He will be responsible for getting quality installation at site. He has to approach quality team for regular survey for any installation issues and should act immediately on closure. He will be responsible for maintaining EHS environment on site, should conduct daily TBT with the help of EHS engineer. Monitoring and controlling of all the work at site and further next week planning as per customer requirement. Must be a self-motivated person and should take initiatives

C.   Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

B. Tech – Electrical Engineering 2.5 Years of experience in IBMS field Knowledge & Hands on experience in IBMS field Knowledge of Electrical & BMS system Good communication and Presentation Skills Knowledge of MS-Office Skill to manage the team of Site Engineers /Technicians
