The Finance Director works closely with the Chair and Vice Chair and communicates with the CUS to oversee the club’s finances, including developing a budget and keeping track of expenses through the school year.

• Create HRMC's 2026/27 Budget

• Liason with CUS Financial Portfolio and keep in consistent communication 

• Keep track of all revenues and expenses

• Manage executive reimbursements with the AMS in a timely manner

• Reply to general inquiries & concerns sent through email

• Assist the VP External in securing sponsorships 

• Organize budget sheets transparently

• Attend weekly meetings and assist with other club initiatives as needed

• Cooperative, organized, detail-oriented, ability to problem-solve

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional time-management skills

• Able to maintain close relationships with other executive members

• Prior experience in financial roles is an asset
