Mandatory skills:-
- 3-4 Years of experience
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Incident Management, knowledge of change management, working in a 24X7 environment
- Excellent Communication and Documentation skills are a must
- Good command and control over the conference calls. Ability to lead the calls with cross-functional teams.
- ITIL knowledge and certification (Preferred)
- Basic troubleshooting skills and IT terminology
- Total experience 4-6 yrs. Relevant 2+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Service Now/Remedy et al.
- 24*7 rotational shift - Monthly/quarterly
