As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business and supporting day-to-day accounting operations across the organization. This role is well suited to someone who brings strong financial leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to support a project-driven business with clear reporting and sound accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities accurately.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing in QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate job costing and support budgeting for residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax filings, and audit requests.

Requirements

• Senior-level accounting experience.
• Expertise with QuickBooks across financial accounting functions.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
