Description

The Website Development Coordinator supports technical functions of the SSU website, elevating its design and front-end components helping to track inventory, orders, and revenue while assisting with backend improvements and user experience updates.

Time Commitment

Typically 3-5 hours per week, up to 5-10 hours per week in September

Term of Employment

August 2026 - April 2027

Main Responsibilities

  • Improve SSU’s website design and user interface

  • Track and report revenue and inventory data

  • Update product listings and inventory counts on the website

  • Support bookings, payment integration, and backend maintenance

Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in web development and/or UI/UX design 

  • Proficiency in any of HTML, CSS, Javascript, or Shopify

  • Quick learner and proactive communicator

  • Strong attention to detail

Anticipated Learning Outcomes

The Website Development Coordinator will gain hands-on experience with website operations, data tracking, and cross-functional tech collaboration in a fast-paced student service.
