We are looking for a passionate Commis Waiter / Junior Server (m/f) to join our food and beverage team. Here, you won't just be serving food; you will be part of a community that crafts unforgettable memories for our guests, ensuring every interaction is as breathtaking as the Ericeira horizon.

Mission and Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome: Welcome and escort guests to their tables, ensuring friendly and attentive service.
  • The Art of Mise-en-Place: Handle table setting, preparation (mise-en-place), and cleaning of tables and the dining area.
  • Order Management: Present the menu, provide recommendations to guests, and take orders using the POS system.
  • Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages, ensuring established quality and service standards are met.
  • Operations & Billing: Assist with dining area stock management and bill processing/billing closure.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
  • Profile:

  • Experience & Education: Professional training in Food & Beverage (F&B) service or proven experience in the role (minimum of 1 to 2 years).
  • Languages: Good language skills: Portuguese is mandatory, English is essential; other languages are a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, friendly, and excellent communication skills.
  • Key Traits: Team player, proactive, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility: Availability for rotating and split shifts (with rotating days off).
