Position Overview
What You Will Do
- Manage administrative and information flow across projects, ensuring data integrity and alignment across systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all tracking tools and reporting platforms
- Support project schedules, resource allocation, and site access coordination
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new project stakeholders, vendors, and team members
- Oversee support request and ticket lifecycle from intake through to resolution tracking
- Conduct initial triage of issues and route requests to appropriate technical teams
- Track progress against SLAs and ensure timely resolution of faults and service requests
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on repair and maintenance activities
- Support RF licensing processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
- Assist with regulatory submissions, renewals, and updates across multiple regions
- Maintain centralised records of licensing and compliance documentation
- Support research into RF requirements for new and existing deployments
Essential Criteria
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or design/project support environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation or plans (training provided where required)
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, or technical projects
- Exposure to service desk or ticketing systems
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or databases
- Awareness of RF, LMR, or security systems (advantageous but not required)
- Interest in building technical knowledge in communications infrastructure
