As a Card Operations Specialist you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers.  

 

Job Description 

As the deputy lead of the team, you will assist in overseeing the daily operation of the Card and CASA Ops team to ensure efficient management and completion of all tasks including but not limited to, card personalization and ad-hoc dispatch, transaction processing, dispute management and reconciliation

 

The Role Responsibility: 

 

  • Team Oversight: Assist the lead in day-to-day operations management, ensure all tasks are completed with stipulated SLAs and in accordance to DOIs. Overseeing daily settlement and reconciliation process for card transactions and ensuring all outages are investigated and escalated as required.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members including training the team to develop new and stronger competencies
  • Process Improvement: Identify new opportunities to further streamline existing processes and assist with implementation of best practices to achieve efficiency gains
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure all team processes comply with bank and regulatory policies. Participate in audits, leading audit walkthroughs and preparing related RFI documents
  • Customer Service: Address escalations from CS team in relation to card and CASA Ops processes and ensuring all complains and managed and closed in accordance with bank’s guidelines
  • Project Management: Work closely with various stakeholders including, tech, product, R&C and marketing to support new product launches and system enhancements

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Has understanding of card products/ CASA and Visa / MasterCard
  • Experienced in dispute handling for Visa / Mastercard
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Is detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Data analytics and SQL is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must.
