About the Role:
Glean is seeking a Tax Industrial Trainee in Bangalore. This is a hands-on opportunity for a CA Industrial Trainee to work closely with our Tax and Statutory Reporting team on direct tax, GST, sales tax, tax provision support, reconciliations, compliance documentation, registrations, notices, and coordination with external advisors. The role is ideal for someone who wants strong in-house exposure to corporate tax and indirect tax in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.
You will:
- TDS / withholding tax workings and compliance support
- Advance tax and annual tax return support
- Tax provision workings and reconciliations
- GST and sales tax documentation, filings support, notices, and refunds
- Tax registrations, tracker management, and audit-ready documentation
- Cross-functional coordination with accounting, AP, payroll, and external consultant
About you:
- CA students eligible for industrial training
- Strong interest in tax and statutory compliance
- Good accounting fundamentals and Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, documentation, and deadlines
Location:
- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Bangalore office)
