About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing

Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients

Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX
-
Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
-
Lead our partnership work through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
-
Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients, ensuring positive customer experience
-
Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
-
Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.

Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
-
Fully bilingual in Portuguese and English
-
Proven experience in VIP business development or concierge services within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
-
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
-
Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
-
In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in Brazil.
