Job Description

The School of Engineering at Wentworth is seeking applicants for Full-time Lecturer positions for the Fall of 2025.
 

The main focus of the Lecturer will be to teach first-year engineering courses to undergraduates.  Successful candidates will be from an array of engineering backgrounds.  Knowledge of basic programing and CAD is a plus. The lecturer position is a full-time teaching position, but has no scholarship and service requirements.   Please email Associate Dean Anuja Kamat kamata@wit.edu if you have any questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching engineering classes to first-year undergraduate students.    

Minimum Requirement

  • M.S. in Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in teaching at the undergraduate level
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated practical and industry related experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds

Our curriculum provides practical, hands-on experience through laboratory-intensive courses.
