Shift Lead (Rally's)- Craig & Valley na LV Petroleum

LV Petroleum is currently hiring Rally’s Shift Leads to join our fast-paced team! We are looking for motivated, dependable leaders who thrive in a high-energy environment and are passionate about delivering great customer service while leading successful shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
• Supervise and support crew members during shifts
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Motivate staff to meet customer service, speed, and cleanliness standards
• Lead by example and help create a positive team environment

Customer Experience:
• Ensure every guest receives friendly and efficient service
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Help maintain a welcoming and guest-focused atmosphere

Operations:
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Monitor food preparation, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help maintain smooth day-to-day restaurant operations

Cash Handling:
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Assist with shift cash handling and reconciliations
• Follow company cash control procedures and policies

Requirements

Requirements:
• 1+ year of food service or retail experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
