Your role and responsibilities

As a Maximo MAS Developer and Data & Integration Specialist, you’ll translate complex business needs into powerful, scalable asset management solutions using IBM Maximo. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—shaping technical designs, leading integrations, and driving high-value client outcomes across dynamic consulting engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Turn Requirements into Scalable Solutions

Analyze functional requirements and transform them into thoughtful, high-performing technical designs that leverage the full power of IBM Maximo.

• Design Architecture That Drives Impact

Lead the creation of end-to-end architecture and integration strategies, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to client objectives.

• Own the End-to-End Development Lifecycle

Contribute across all phases—from design and development through testing and debugging—ensuring robust, production-ready implementations.

• Deliver Quality with Confidence

Review and refine technical deliverables to uphold high standards, while working both independently and collaboratively to meet project goals.

• Lead Integration & Technical Execution

Guide the technical direction of solution development and integrations, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term success for clients.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience working with IBM Maximo to analyze functional requirements and create technical designs for asset management solutions

• Exposure to developing and communicating detailed technology architecture and implementation strategies for asset management solutions

• Experience working with all phases of the software development life cycle, from specifications to debugging and testing

• Exposure to reviewing technical work products to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Experience guiding technical aspects of solution development and integration, ensuring quality technical implementation

• Must obtain and maintain MBI/Public Trust clearance

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Exposure to configuring and customizing IBM Maximo for asset management solutions, including creating workflows, reports, and dashboards

• Experience working with various asset management solutions, including data migration, integration, and testing

• Exposure to designing and implementing technical architectures for asset management solutions, including data modeling and system integration

• USPS/Federal experience
