Key Responsibilities

Provide premium customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to luxury vehicle products and services.

Assist customers with vehicle information, maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and other service-related requests.

Collaborate closely with internal departments including sales, service, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay informed about the latest models, features, and brand updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; strong English skills are advantageous.

Previous experience in customer care within the automotive or luxury brand sectors is highly preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
