Our top-performing agency is not looking for a glorified administrator. We are looking for a General Manager and Operations Director to take the helm. You will be the commanding officer of our Richardson office, tasked with leading our sales and service teams, aggressively optimizing workflows, and driving massive revenue growth.

The Role: Drive Revenue & Operational Excellence
- Sales Leadership & Floor Management: You aren't just managing; you are coaching. You will recruit, train, and mentor licensed producers, run joint appointments, and ensure the team is ruthlessly executing our proven sales processes.
- Lead Flow & Metric Tracking: You will live in the data. You will track dialer metrics, manage lead distribution, and optimize conversion rates to keep activity high and profitable.
- Customer Retention & Service: Develop and enforce strict operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee the service side of the house to maximize renewals and cross-sells.
- Agency Operations: Ensure the smooth, daily function of the entire office. From compliance to technology utilization, you make sure the machine runs without friction.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Property & Casualty experience is strictly required. You must have 5+ years of heavy-hitting experience in the P&C insurance industry, with a proven track record of managing people, hitting sales metrics, and running agency operations. Prior Farmers Insurance experience is a huge plus.
- Licenses: A Texas Property & Casualty license is mandatory. Life & Health is highly preferred (or you must be willing to obtain it within 30 days).
- The "Enforcer" Mentality: You know how to hold salespeople accountable to their KPIs without crushing morale. You are a natural mentor and a demanding leader.
- Tech-Savvy: You know your way around agency management systems and understand how to leverage auto-dialers and CRM tools for maximum output.
Compensation & Perks
