Blue Line Pools is seeking a Pool Manager to oversee daily swimming pool construction operations from project kickoff through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, monitoring job progress, maintaining safety standards, scheduling equipment and material usage, and ensuring projects are completed according to company quality standards and customer expectations. The Pool Manager works closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners to support efficient fiberglass pool installations and outdoor construction activities. This position requires strong leadership skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple active job sites while maintaining organized documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pool construction operations and monitor project timelines from excavation through final installation
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and scheduling for active job sites
- Inspect fiberglass pool installations, plumbing systems, equipment pads, and construction progress for quality and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and job site cleanliness standards
- Operate and supervise the use of construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, compactors, laser levels, and hand tools
- Communicate project updates, scheduling information, and job progress with customers and internal teams
- Review project materials, inventory usage, and equipment readiness before scheduled installations
- Maintain accurate project records, site reports, photos, and completion documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in swimming pool construction, outdoor construction, excavation, or residential project management preferred
- Working knowledge of fiberglass pool installation processes, construction safety practices, and equipment operation
- Ability to read construction layouts, site measurements, and installation plans
- Experience coordinating field crews and managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with pool equipment including pumps, filters, plumbing systems, and related installation tools
- Ability to safely use construction equipment, power tools, and job site technology
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically active job duties when needed
