About the Role: Room Attendant
As our Room Attendant, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results.
Your Impact
You are the face of the hotel—creating first impressions and memorable guest moments. Your energy, attention to detail, and service mindset will directly shape the guest experience and bring our brand to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures and an exceptional quality housekeeping service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming)
- Make rollaway beds and cribs when occupied or vacant
- Restock towels, toiletries, and room supplies
- Clean coffee maker and replenish coffee supplies
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Practices chemical safety rules and follows procedures for hazardous materials
- Keep floor supply closets neat and secure
- Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
- Clean-up to 16 rooms per 8-hour shift
Operations & Execution
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service

- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Good time management and ability to work independently

- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
