Description
To support the Growth Customer Sales (GCS) business across Sports and Entertainment. This role sits at the intersection of B2B marketing, sales enablement, category storytelling, and client engagement, helping position JioStar’s digital advertising solutions effectively for growth-stage advertisers and agencies.
Key Responsibility
B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute customer marketing initiatives for the GCS business across Sports and Entertainment properties.
- Create compelling sales narratives, pitch collateral, case studies, category decks, newsletters, and go-to-market materials tailored for advertisers and agencies.
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify market opportunities and build marketing programs that accelerate business growth.
- Build targeted marketing programs for key advertiser categories and emerging growth segments.
- Translate audience, content, and platform insights into client-facing narratives that demonstrate business impact.
- Support packaging and positioning of marquee sports tournaments, entertainment properties, and digital-first solutions for advertisers.
- Conceptualise and execute client engagement initiatives including roundtables, webinars, networking events, content showcases, and industry forums.
- Drive visibility for the GCS business through strategic external and internal communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advertiser experiences across events and campaigns.
- Work closely with content, revenue, strategy, research, and brand teams to ensure cohesive market messaging.
- Support thought leadership initiatives through trend reports, insight-led marketing pieces, and market intelligence.
- Track campaign effectiveness and marketing impact metrics to optimise future initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, media marketing, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising and media ecosystem.
- Experience working across entertainment, sports, OTT, digital media, or advertising industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong storytelling and content development capabilities.
