As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will provide hands-on support in daily living activities, help develop life skills, and promote community engagement for those we serve. You will play a critical role in fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life of our clients within a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living routines.
• Support clients' participation in social, vocational, and recreational activities.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans while documenting progress.
• Promote safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and the care team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
