Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading web shop in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to online shopping, orders, returns, and product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and friendly customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding webshop products, orders, payments, and returns.
- Assist customers in resolving issues with orders, payment processing, delivery, and product inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest promotions, product offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service quality and webshop processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
