As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within a defined territory. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our customers and the expansion of our market presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage a defined sales territory, building a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Consistently develop new business and drive revenue growth
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, providing end-to-end support from initial contact to ongoing partnership
  • Maintain a high level of activity to ensure territory growth to $1M+ in annual revenue
  • Represent technical and industrial product solutions with confidence and expertise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in prospecting and new-business development within B2B sales environments
  • Ability to quickly learn and represent technical and industrial products
  • Experience managing customer relationships end-to-end, from first contact through long-term partnership
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel within approximately 100 miles of Dallas, TX for customer visits
  • Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight trips

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B outside (field) sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar CRM/sales tools
  • Experience selling to manufacturing facilities across SMB and enterprise segments
  • Experience selling industrial compressed air systems and related equipment/services
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Availability to start as soon as possible

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package: base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with uncapped commission (OTE $100,000–$110,000+)
