Every family that walks through our doors is carrying one of the hardest moments of their lives. The person at the front of the house, you, are the one who answers phones, greets a grieving widow, and keeps operations running seamlessly.

This is a temporary engagement (3-5 months) supporting the day to day administrative operations. You'll be the heartbeat of the front office, keeping this organized, calm, and moving, so our caregivers can stay full present with the families we serve.

What you'll do

  • Support our team with arrangements, obituaries, death certificate administration and other office duties
  • Be the warm, steady voice for families to hear first- by phone, email, and in person
  • Keep billing, AR/AP running without a hitch
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and the daily rhythm of a busy office
  • Help create meaningful memorial materials- bookmarks, videos, social posts, and more

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of office management or related experience

A genuine heart for serving others, even on hard days

Strong organization and communication skills
