With nearly 50 years of service, we are recognized for our commitment to quality and excellence.As a Homecare Scheduling Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless care delivery by managing caregiver schedules and coordinating client service requests. Your work will directly impact the well-being of clients and the satisfaction of our caregiving team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage caregiver scheduling and shift coverage to ensure optimal staffing for client needs
- Coordinate client service requests and staffing changes, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate schedules in homecare software systems and ensure data integrity
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and clinical supervisors to resolve scheduling issues
- Monitor compliance with authorization hours and service plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
- Prioritize and manage high-volume, fast-changing schedules in a dynamic environment
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- English proficiency sufficient for professional workplace communication
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare or service settings
- Experience using homecare scheduling or EMR software (such as HHAeXchange or Phoebe)
- Knowledge of homecare and healthcare scheduling concepts, including authorization hours and service plans
- Experience coordinating schedules and resolving issues with caregivers, clients, and clinical supervisors
Benefits
- Competitive hourly compensation: $16.50–$18.00 per hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply)
