Your role and responsibilities
As a Technical Content Professional, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, curating, and analyzing technical content that enables our clients to effectively utilize our products through digital self-service. This role involves creating high-quality content, including embedded assistance, documentation, training, and support materials. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Develop Technical Content: Create and curate technical content for various mediums, such as product-embedded assistance, documentation, training, and support materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and user-friendliness. • Analyze Content Effectiveness: Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of technical content, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall user experience. • Curate Content Collections: Organize, maintain, and update existing content collections to ensure relevance, consistency, and ease of access for clients. • Develop Content Strategies: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives, client needs, and industry trends, guiding the creation and dissemination of technical content.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Technical Content Development: Experience with designing and developing technical content for various mediums, including product-embedded assistance, documentation, training, and support materials.
• Content Analysis and Evaluation: Experience in analyzing the effectiveness of technical content, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the overall user experience.
• Content Curation and Management: Experience with organizing, maintaining, and updating existing content collections to ensure relevance, consistency, and ease of access for clients.
• Content Strategy Development: Experience in developing and implementing content strategies that align with business objectives, client needs, and industry trends.
• Technical Writing and Editing: Experience with creating high-quality, user-friendly content that meets the needs of diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Embedded Assistance Development: Experience with designing and developing embedded assistance content, including interactive guides, tutorials, and contextual help. This expertise enables the creation of intuitive and user-friendly content that enhances the overall product experience.
• Industry Trends Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and developments in technical content creation, curation, and analysis. This knowledge allows for the development of innovative content strategies that meet evolving client needs and expectations.
• Content Management Systems: Experience with content management systems and tools, enabling efficient organization, maintenance, and updates of large content collections.
