Description
The QA/QC, CXAlloy, CX Project Coordinator supports commissioning, quality assurance, quality control, and project documentation activities for large-scale construction, advanced manufacturing, energy, industrial, and mission-critical projects. This role assists with project records, maintaining CXAlloy data integrity, supporting commissioning and QA/QC deliverables, tracking action items, and ensuring timely communication between Owners, contractors, vendors, engineers, commissioning teams, and project leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, follow-through, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
CXAlloy, QA/QC and Commissioning Support
- Support CXAlloy, data, checklists, issues, equipment records, and commissioning deliverables.
- Assist commissioning and QA/QC teams with tracking open items, deficiencies, observations, punch list items, and closeout documentation.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, review, and distribution of commissioning documentation, QA/QC records, testing forms, inspection reports, and project deliverables.
- Support functional testing, equipment tracking, document turnover, and final closeout processes.
- Assist with preparing reports, logs, dashboards, and status updates for project leadership.
- Ensure all CXAlloy records are accurate, current, properly categorized, and easily searchable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commissioning documentation, QA/QC documentation, equipment tracking, punch list management, and closeout deliverables.

Work Environment
This role is on-site per project requirements. The position requires consistent communication with project teams, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the discipline to maintain accurate records in a fast-moving construction or commissioning environment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction administration.
- Experience supporting large-scale construction, industrial, mining, energy, manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, or advanced technology projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of CXAlloy or similar commissioning/project management platforms.
- Familiar with electronic document management systems such as SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Excel logs, Teams, Outlook, and project reporting tools.
