Sewer and Drain In-Field Project Manager na J. Blanton Plumbing

Description

 We are seeking an experienced Sewer and Drain In-Field Project Manager to oversee sewer repair and installation jobs from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring every job is properly planned, scheduled, executed, and completed to company standards.
You will act as the bridge between the sales team and field crews—making sure that once a job is sold, it is executed efficiently, correctly, and with a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed repair plans after jobs are sold
• Coordinate scheduling of sewer and drain jobs with field teams and dispatch
• Oversee job execution in the field to ensure quality and efficiency
• Ensure all work is completed properly, on time, and up to company standards
• Coordinate and verify payments for completed work
• Communicate with technicians, management, and customers as needed
• Identify and resolve issues in the field to keep jobs on track

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing sewer repair and/or installation jobs
• Strong background in sewer and drain systems (service and/or commercial)
• Proven leadership experience in the field
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
