JOB TITLE: Crating/ Shipping Lead
JOB SUMMARY: Supports daily crating and shipping operations while coordinating logistics, inventory, and shipment tracking. This role requires strong Excel skills and hands-on shop experience, with the ability to lead work activities while actively assisting in the shop as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily shipping and crating jobs
Pull parts and materials for shipments
Track inventory and shipments using Excel and internal systems
Process shipping paperwork and documentation
Build crates and assist with hands-on shop work as needed
Operate power tools and material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, crane)
Support and guide team members to meet shipping deadlines
Qualifications:
Experience with Excel and basic shipping/logistics coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in both office and shop environments
What will put you ahead:
Crating, shipping, inventory, or warehouse experience
Previous lead or coordination experience
Familiarity with power tools and industrial settings
