The Recovery Village Kansas City in Raytown, MO
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday. 8am to 430pm, one night during the week until 6pm.
Pay Ranges: $74,880 - $85,280 + Additional Financial Incentives
The Recovery Village Kansas City is an adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and mental health conditions.

Job Duties
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
- Licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
