Super Soccer Stars is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Little Medical School Instructor at the 7 Arrows School in Santa Ana. This role involves teaching young children foundational concepts about medicine, health, and science through fun, interactive, and educational activities.
As a Little Medical School Instructor, you will engage children in hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and promote learning about the human body, healthcare professions, and healthy habits. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, science, and making a positive impact on children's lives.
What you'll do:
- Lead interactive lessons and activities related to medical science and health for young children
- Create a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment
- Adapt curriculum to meet the developmental needs of children
- Work closely with school staff and parents to support children's learning
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude to keep children engaged
Compensation:
Earn $40 per hour for your valuable contributions in this role.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- The "Spark": You have an infectious, upbeat personality and can command a room (or a field) of energetic kids.
- Experience: Previous experience coaching youth sports or teaching in a classroom/camp setting is a huge plus.
- Reliability: You have consistent transportation and are comfortable travelingPassion for working with young children and teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage children through interactive teaching methods

- Ability to create a safe and positive learning environment
- In the Lab: Facilitate Little Medical School programs where you’ll guide elementary-aged "students" through interactive role-play, teaching them how to use real medical tools (stethoscopes, reflex hammers) and understand how the body works.
- Manage the Magic: Maintain a safe, positive environment, manage equipment/supplies for both programs, and communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
