Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking dependable and motivated Commercial Concrete Laborers to grow with us. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow their career in the concrete and construction industry.

In this position you will be working hands-on in the field as part of our concrete crew. We are looking for someone who is reliable, ready to contribute from day one, and takes pride in their work. Your effort and teamwork will play a big part in helping us complete quality projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Rake and shovel concrete during pours.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and machinery from trucks and trailers.
• Carry forms and materials to area for form setting.
• Perform basic concrete finishing and screeding.
• Keep job site clean and secure at the end of each day.
• Operate hand tools and small power tools.
• Assist with concrete demolition including breaking out concrete and loading debris when needed
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by foreman or superintendent.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to take direction and complete tasks on time.
• Must be able to handle heavy materials and equipment on a regular basis.
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check and drug screening.
