As a firm that partners with founders and leadership teams navigating growth, transition, or organizational complexity, we take on the role of an executive partner, aiding in the stabilization of decision-making processes, establishment of clear operational rhythms, and removal of structural constraints that impede execution. Our mission is to create operational clarity by aligning priorities, enhancing decision flow, and instilling a sustainable cadence for execution. We intentionally limit our engagements, working with a select number of organizations to ensure depth, discretion, and meaningful impact. The companies that we collaborate with are ambitious and have outgrown their existing structures, necessitating clarity at the leadership level to align their vision with their growth trajectory. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to assess complex organizational challenges, provide actionable insights, and work closely with leadership teams to foster an environment of clarity and effectiveness. Your contributions will be vital in guiding our clients towards achieving their strategic goals despite the complexities they face.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Strategy or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of helping organizations navigate growth and complex transitions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess organizational structures and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive clarity and execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
