American Response Team is a locally-owned, 24-hour emergency services unit which responds to residences and businesses throughout the San Diego County and surrounding areas that have been affected by fire, water, smoke or mold damage. We immediately deploy technicians to control the incident and mitigate further damage by establishing containment and critical barriers, removing damaged and contaminated materials, sanitizing the affected area and preparing it for rehabilitation. We are fast, thorough and trustworthy professionals you can rely on to get the job done right.
We are currently hiring for an entry level dispatcher/ officer assistant who can assist with administrative tasks and various members of staff. This is a unique opportunity with an established company that is still growing with room for great opportunity and innovation.

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience in a past administrative role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and Quick Books.
- Computer and software knowledgeable, able to learn new systems.
- Experience with Dash/Next Gear CRM tool is a plus but not fully required.
- Excellent communicator with a positive attitude.
- Xactimate estimating software experience.
- Ability to coordinate and liaison between different departments and team members.
- Responsible, punctual, drug and alcohol free.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and learn new tasks and ways of handling challenges.
