Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a reputable airline company based in Amsterdam, Holland. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant international setting, providing exceptional support to German-speaking passengers and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding flight bookings, schedules, and services.
- Provide timely and accurate information on airline policies, ticketing, baggage, and travel regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.
- Stay updated with airline promotions, procedures, and industry trends impacting customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and deliver effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and general computer literacy.
- Willingness to work onsite in Amsterdam, Holland.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
