This role involves diagnosing and repairing roofing issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess roofs to identify damage or issues that require repair.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and provide accurate estimates.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in roofing repair and installation.
• Strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
• Gutter repair experience
• Window and door repair experience
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on rooftops safely.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
