Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring the profitable growth of the business. The Sales Manager will manage, direct, and drive a team of in-home sales representatives in support of the company’s strategic growth objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a fresh market with strong momentum, build on early success, and play a key role in shaping the long-term trajectory of the business as Window Nation enters its next phase of growth. Sales leaders located in Grand Rapids, Walker, Wyoming, Grandville, and other surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply!
Core Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual sales plans, establishing clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the market
Recruit, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable to individual and team performance goals
Conduct ride-a-longs and performance reviews to improve close rates, refine sales processes, and elevate team capability
Analyze lost sales, competitive activity, and market trends to strengthen positioning and drive growth
Oversee territory pricing and profitability, ensuring strong margins and customer satisfaction
Partner with the Regional Sales Director to reinforce best practices, operational discipline, and a high-performance culture grounded in integrity
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment
Preferred Qualifications
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven record of success managing and selling in a one call close environment
Exceptional customer relationship skills
