What You'll Do
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of campus facilities, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for all staff and visitors.
• Coordinate and manage logistical aspects of events, meetings, and workshops hosted at the Institute, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
• Support maintenance and housekeeping efforts, collaborating with service providers to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Act as a point of contact for campus-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service to employees, guests, and vendors.
• Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring all materials needed for operations are readily available and organized.
• Help facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative atmosphere within the campus community.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, offering insights and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in special projects or assignments as needed, further supporting the mission and objectives of the Institute.
Requirements
• Education/Experience – High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or relevant experience in facilities management or operations is a plus.
• Organizational Skills – Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
• Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to think on your feet and address challenges proactively and resourcefully.
