We are expanding our field sales team and actively hiring motivated, high-energy Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in the Central Valley.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commission potential.

What You’ll Do:

Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting, canvassing

Educate homeowners on solar energy solutions

Set appointments or close deals (depending on experience level)

Work assigned territories within 40 miles of Stockton

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Previous door-to-door or commission sales experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Reliable transportation

Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
