Server – J’s Restaurant at Nashoba Valley Winery
Part-Time or Full-Time | Bolton, MA
J’s Restaurant at Nashoba Valley Winery is seeking an experienced Server to join our team. J’s is a full-service restaurant located on a winery property in Bolton, MA, offering lunch, brunch, and dinner service.
This position is ideal for a service professional who takes pride in hospitality, works well in a team environment, and maintains high service standards.
Schedule
Hours of Operation:
- Lunch: Wednesday–Saturday, 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Sunday Brunch: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Dinner: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
The Server must be available to work at least two shifts per week.
Shifts begin approximately 75 minutes before opening and conclude approximately 30 minutes after service.
Pay
- Base wage: $10.00 per hour
- Guaranteed minimum earnings:
- $20.00 per hour for lunch and brunch shifts
- $25.00 per hour for dinner shifts
If base wage plus tips does not meet the applicable guaranteed minimum, the difference will be paid by the employer.
Pay is issued bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and attentive table service
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned station
- Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine serving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance
- Reliable transportation to Bolton, MA
- Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in Massachusetts
